Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 2 hours prior to the appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. Appointment time frames are 2 1/2 hours for residential and commercial, and per hour for move in/move out and rental cleaning. Please include any opposed products or allergies prior to appointment. Pets must be contained during the cleaning time frame. Prices may vary dependent upon additional request and time. Harassment, threats of violence, policy violation, and endangerment may result in immediate termination without refund.
